All rights are reserved and unauthorized duplication or usage in whole or part is a direct violation of copyright laws. Image alteration is also a direct violation of the copyright law. Fraudulent copyright notices and/or the removal of a WhuPit, it's members, photographers and agents copyright notice are criminal offenses.

Any person or entity who obtains, or has custody or control of, any photograph copyrighted by WhuPit, it's members, photographers and agents consents to the personal jurisdiction of South Africa as the forum to resolve any and all disputes that may arise between WhuPit.com, it's members, photographers and agents and any such person or entity.

Posting to USENET, Newsgroups, or other message forums without authorization is a violation of copyright law. Additionally, "hot linking" images is a violation of copyright law as well as bandwidth theft.

WhuPit.com, it's members, photographers and agents will prosecute violators and seek damages up to the statutory maximum per image.
