Did you receive my required information and images?
If you followed the instructions on our model search page, we most likely have. If we are interested in your look, someone will contact you. If you have not been contacted within 3 months, then most likely you will not be selected.

I received an e-mail asking me to read a release and reply to the e-mail stating either "I Agree" or "I Do Not Agree" to the release...Why did I get this e-mail and what am I agreeing to?
You are agreeing to the fact that you are of legal age of 18, that you own the rights to the images and that you grant us permission to utilize your images to promote you as a "Bikini Team Member".

Is there a fee to apply or once I become a model?
NO. Applying and becoming listed as a team member or bikini model has always been and always will be free. However, you must have what it takes to be selected. We earn revenue from advertisers, sponsors and/or affiliate programs and therefore can provide these services to models no cost to them. The only thing we may ask of you is that you provide a reciprocal link back to the web site(s) that you are listed on.

Are you a licensed talent agency or agent?
No, and do not attempt to procure jobs for the models and talent listed with us for a fee or commission.

Are there any age or height requirements?
No. However, any prospective models under the age of 18 must have prior Parental Consent to apply.

I don't have a portfolio, comp card or professional images...can I still apply?
Yes, any clear and recent images of yourself are fine as long as we have at least 1 clear and recent head shot and 2 clear and recent full body bikini photos on file. Test shoots and TFP/TFCD are available to select applicants.

How much do you charge the models for photo shoots?
We don't charge the models...We offer two types of deals:
1) PAID SHOOT. We PAY the models and they receive a collection of the best images with our copyright notice embedded on them.

2) CONTENT TRADE. No one gets paid and the model receives a larger collection of images with our copyright notice and we can each use the images.

Where are the shoots done?
Typically, during "season" (December 15 thru May 15) and where we find a stunning location.

How and where are the images going to be used and will they be re-sold to a lot of people?
No! This content is to be as exclusive as possible to yourself and Whupit family of websites. we will not agree to licensing or re-licensing content to any other websites.

What type of outfits will I wear and do I provide them myself?
Full back bikinis to Brazilian cut thongs or any swimwear that you feel sexy in. Yes, you provide your own outfits.

Do I do my own hair and makeup?
Typically, Yes.

How long are photo shoots?
A couple (2 hours) up to a full day (8 hours).

When do you shoot?
Shoots typically take place either just prior to sunrise and/or sunset.

Do you pay travel expenses?
We do not cover prospective models expenses for their initial or "test shoot" during the interview process. However, once a model is accepted as a "Team Member", we will cover your travel expenses for future shoots with Whupit and affiliates.

If I am to receive pictures, when do I get them?
Approximately 2-4 weeks.

Do I sign a model release?
Yes, a standard full model release.

Any tips on how to best prepare?
Manicure, pedicure, get a nice all over tan but no tanning the 3 days prior to any shoot, spare us the split ends and roots and shave or wax your bikini line. OH Yes....Get plenty of rest the night before any shoot.

What is a bikini team?
Bikini teams have been around for a long time in various forms, touring and making feature appearances at charity events and other special events such as conventions, trade shows, car, boat shows as well as motorcycle shows & races; concerts, college campus tours, spring break events, grand openings, state fairs, etc. Bikini Teams create a buzz, increase traffic and attract large numbers of consumers from your target market to help build your brand, generate leads and increase sales for your business. Promotional bikini models have participated in ad campaigns and special events for such well known name brands as NASCAR, Miller Brewing Company, Bacardi, Hawaiian Tropic, Hooters and Harley Davidson. Promotional bikini models have also gained world-wide exposure being featured in such internationally known publications and magazines as Playboy, Maxim, STUFF, FHM, Hot Boat and Swimsuit International magazines.

What are Word of Body ?
Word of Body are ads, logos and/or slogans of sponsors, affiliates or advertisers in the form of temporary tattoos, which bikini team members where on highly visible very select areas of their bodies.

What is the Start Up Packet?
Once chosen as a new team member, If you are interested in making feature appearances, you will be asked to complete the Start Up Packet, which consists of an application, profile, independent contractor agreement, policies and procedures agreement and a model release. Prospective models under the age of 18 will also be asked to sign a Parental Consent Form as well as a Minor Model Release.

If I apply for and I am NOT chosen as a team member for any of the bikini teams, can I still get listed on a bikini team web site?
Unfortunately No.
